Being active is not only great for your physical health and fitness, it can also:
•    raise your self-esteem
•    help you to set goals or challenges and achieve them
•    cause chemical changes in your brain which can help to positively change your mood

Remember that you do not have to spend hours in a gym. It is best to find activities you enjoy and make them a part of your daily life.
