Commit to eating meals without meat or fish. The amount of resources used to produce meat and fish takes are immense; by reducing meat and fish consumption we consume foods that are more sustainable in the long term. By skipping one beef meal a week you could be saving 117,000 litres of water in a year, that’s more than 1462 baths!!!
