Role: Global Culture, Inclusion and DIversity Lead at Costa Coffee

Before joining Costa Coffee in 2012, Charlie spent 8 years working for Bedfordshire Police, mostly in L&D; training officers and staff in topics from the law to leadership skills, and of course, diversity! During her time with Costa she has worked in Internal Communications, progressing from advisor to Global Internal Comms Manager, then gained some generalist HR experience within operations before moving to the Talent team. Her role is all about connecting dots, pushing boundaries and helping the ‘Costa way of doing things’ to keep evolving! She believes in involving people, and she can always find a positive.
