Sue is Vice President, People & Culture based in Great Britain and also leads Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP)’s Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (ID&E) Centre of Expertise across 29 countries with 33,000 colleagues. CCEP’s centre of expertise for ID&E was reformed under Sue’s leadership at the end of 2019 and with a central team leads on CCEP’s strategy, capability building and in embedding action plans to upweight focus for these important business imperatives. Sue has been with CCEP for 7 years as part of the Great Britain Business leadership team and is part of the global People & Culture team.
Prior to CCEP Sue held senior HR and transformation roles with experience in multinational organisations across Europe, North America and Asia. Always in fast-paced, high quality environments that invest in talent, her previous global roles have been with EA Games, The Financial Times and The Body Shop International. Sue lives in the South of England with her husband Craig and their two children.
